Total, 343 leaves"; and this diverfity of the portions, all of which, efpccially the tercet, couplet and quinteraionr 1 have accurately compared with Sauvagefs edition, is incredibly complete. In this volume are 18 large and 99 fmaller pictures, with which fix; of the more beautiful ones in the remaining three volumes may be compared. 1 have marked them all, according to the numbers of the leaves and of the- % chapters of all the four volumes, in a lift, which 1 have laid by for future-obfervation.
